1/1/2007 - What-A-Meet! (Cache Page)- Anyone interested can meet up at the What-A-Burger on Thomasville Road at 1 pm. At the event on January 27, 2007, we will have lunch and then have a small informative seminar. The seminar will be a discussion of the basics of geocaching as a way to introduce new people into the hobby. The event starts at 1 and will end at 3. Mark your calendars for Saturday, December 2, 2006 and add a waypoint to Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in your GPSr. This FREE one day event begins with registration at 8am on Saturday. 1/31/2006 - Just a quick update on where our finances lie. As of the last report, we had $270 in the bank. Since then, we spent $42.60 for the picnic and took in $30 in membership money. Our balance as of today is $257.40. Discuss in our Forum

9/23/2005 - TAG Fall Meet, Eat & Greet Cookout - Saturday October 29th: Come out to San Luis Park for a cookout with other cachers. The event will start around 3PM and last until dark (around 6pm). I hope to provide coordinates for a new spooky in-town night cache afterwards. We will provide hot dogs and soft drinks. If you are planning on attending please post a note so we can get an approximate headcount. A few temporary caches will be placed to seek during the afternoon/evening. You do not have to be a member to attend. Everyone is invited! Directions to the park: From the Capitol, take Monroe Street North to the Tharpe Street intersection. Take a left onto Tharpe. Go 3 or 4 miles down, past Godby High School & Ocala Road, then take a left onto San Luis Road (stoplight). The park will be on the left at the bottom of the hill on San Luis Road.
