One of the ways for TAG to serve its defined purpose is through funds raised via TAG Pathtag sales. TAG Pathtags are available at $2.00 for non-paid members and $1.75 for paid members. These prices are for pathtags picked up in-person at meetings or events and any shipping and insurance charges will be added for other orders. Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing TAG Pathtags.
What Are Pathtags?
Pathtags are the newest, custom interactive trading items. Pathtags are social networking devices, enabling you to see who you have met, where they are from, and where you crossed paths.
Pathtags are a single-sided, custom, metal tag about the size and weight of a U.S. Quarter (23mm diameter, 2.0mm thickness) with a hole punched in it. The hole enables you to easily collect and display Pathtags using collector's clips and display boards. The production process is the same as that used for Geocoins or Challenge coins.
Pathtags are NOT trackable in the traditional sense, but do have a serial number that is unique to all pathtags of that type. By entering the pathtag's code at http://track.pathtags.com, it places a virtual "pushpin" on the map to show where that pathtag was encountered.
